I believe they were instructed to call it a special military so-and-so. But Trump himself calls it a war (man person woman camera tv) and typically, you don't go through this amount of ordinance for anything that isn't a war, so I'm going with war.

What is embarrassing for India is the relatively new Iranian warship that was sunk by a US sub off of Sri Lanka was returning from a Navy review India had just sponsored. And also, US forces easily destroyed an Iranian sub built in Russia, the same type India uses. This Iranian sub launched a few torpedoes at the USS Ford, but an electronic decoy sent them off course. The whole thing was a trap and that Iranian sub was unknowingly being tracked for hours because of the sonobuoy net the US setup previously. I can understand why India buys Russian kit. Russia has been an all-weather ally to India, while the US has waffles between Pakistan and India. However, Putin can do little to help Iran besides giving then intelligence data. Yeah Trump, did you hear that?

This war is getting crazier and crazier. Iran apologized for attacking its neighbors
Tehran's political leadership could not exercise full command over Iran's armed forces
Yeah...that's bad. Really, really bad. Troops out of contact with command and just firing missiles without orders. That's especially bad in a country attempting to develop nuclear weapons (though to be fair, nukes are intended to deter invasion, which apparently was/is a perfectly rational fear for Iran to have)
In a sign of the widening nature of the conflict, sirens sounded early Saturday in Bahrain as Iranian attacks targeted the island kingdom. And Saudi Arabia said it destroyed drones headed toward its vast Shaybah oil field and shot down a ballistic missile launched toward Prince Sultan Air Base, which hosts U.S. forces.

In Dubai, several blasts were heard Saturday morning and the government said it had activated air defenses. Passengers waiting for flights at Dubai International Airport found themselves ushered down into train tunnels at the sprawling airfield after the alert sounded.
So...were those intentional or "oopsie daisies"? Because either way, it imperils the whole region.

$1 billion a day. Iran has war tunnels, like HAMAS had tunnels, but deeper and much more extensive. It would be a real bitch to have to go in there and root them out.

Which is crazybananas coming from people complaining about the cost of helping Ukraine then going and dumping a billion a day into some optional war ginned up by Netanyahu. They also used more patriot missiles in 3 days than Ukraine has ever gotten. And they're both going after Shaheds. Makes no sense.

You know what they say about ground wars in asia... Casualties would be high and I guarantee we don't have either a solid gameplan or an exit strategy after that's done. Pardon my french, but this is a guy whose exit strategy for an interview is shitting his pants. He's not well. He's never been 100% - he had to have super simple executive summaries during his first term because the ones that Obama got were too complicated for him - but now he's deteriorating fast.

That was months ago. That Trump is a genius compared to this Trump. I've said this about Putin but it's equally true for Trump - if you can look up stuff on Wikipedia, you're more well informed than a head of state. He's signing stuff that I guarantee he doesn't understand. That alone is scary. And he's surrounded by evil people who have a vested interest in war. He has failed at the most basic task a President can accomplish - putting together a halfway-decent Cabinet - and now they're running a hospice and using him for their own agendas. There needs to be a clean sweep to restore the professionalism and dignity of the office. There also needs to be a literal clean sweep because of the whole pants-shitting thing.

The goals of this war are all over the place because Trump can claim victory no matter what happens. However, when he says he gets to pick the next supreme leader, I am sure with his vast knowledge of Persian culture and all the various sects, whomever he picks will be a great administrator like Pete Hegseth, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Talk about a recipe for decades-long civil war in Iran and energy disruption.

Unlike you sheeple who get their news from reputable sources like internationally-acclaimed journalists working for Reuters/AP (or some guy who downloaded a eyewitness video from social media and the reuploaded it to Telegram), I only get my news from sources so reputable they are as if god himself had transcribed them:

That's right. AI-generated lego propaganda videos.

Image

I won't post the actual video of course, it's propaganda in both senses of the word - advocacy for a political cause and very loosely based on real events.

Through heavy use of exaggeration and omission, it essentially paints the US and Israel leaders as warmongers working with the devil desperate for some distraction from the Epstein files (I'll let you know when I get to a lie) and so they bomb an Iranian school (that part is unfortunately also true). And naturally, Iran rains righteous fury on military targets (partially true, but had much less successful than portrayed here - the video has Iranian missiles destroying a US aircraft carrier) and they definitely weren't all military targets. Iran is also portrayed as successfully fending off the invaders (absolutely delusional and noticeably omits the enormous losses inflicted on Iran's leadership and navy, not to mention Tehran being pummeled as we speak). One of the weirdest things I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Even Russian propaganda is more tethered to reality.

Well of course I had to find Iran's bullshit propaganda vid and it was somehow amusing and well produced. Trump needs to find a way out of this before the air force runs out of targets. Dead soldiers in a ground war that most Americans do not want will end MAGA. Can Israel handle the invasion of Iran and a tough ground war with US air and intelligence support? IDK.

I remember reading about Iranian human wave attacks against Iraqi forces back in the 80s and maybe some reports they even used children with suicide bomb belts. Iran also used chemical weapons on a limited scale against Iraq. However, the revolution was still new, and the people were still hopeful.

Trump finds out Russia is providing targeting information to Iran, so he calls Putin from the golf course, or some shit and announces he is dropping sanctions on Russian oil. What a great negotiator. That'll teach him. Meanwhile the Iranians are using the US owned iridium real-time satellite network to guide their drones into US targets, LOL. You can buy the receivers off the web. The more you find out, the more stupid this gets. The $4 million Patriot missile batteries are less than 10% effective against ballistic missiles but are 90% against $10K Shahed drones.

Russian-designed ballistic missiles that Itan uses are more maneuverable than interceptors even in the upper atmosphere. These systems utilize advanced flight paths—including high-altitude maneuvering and rapid, steep terminal dives to evade the Patriot.
